Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luteal Pilates mobile application, website, videos, programs, classes, and related services. By accessing or using Luteal Pilates, you agree to these Terms.
1. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Luteal Pilates provides fitness, movement, wellness, and educational content. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or other professional healthcare services.
Exercise involves inherent risks. Before beginning a new fitness program, you should consider your individual health and physical condition and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience severe pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms.
You are responsible for determining whether exercises, movements, equipment, and programs are appropriate for you.
2. User Accounts
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. Classes and Digital Content
Luteal Pilates may provide free and paid digital classes, videos, programs, memberships, or other content.
Access may depend on your membership status, available credits, purchase history, promotional eligibility, or other conditions displayed within the application.
4. Credits, Memberships, and Purchases
Luteal Pilates may offer credits, memberships, subscriptions, or individual purchases. Prices and benefits are presented at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Credits are intended solely for use within Luteal Pilates. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Purchases made through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider may also be governed by that provider's payment, cancellation, subscription, and refund policies.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of purchase and the payment platform used. Purchases made through an app marketplace may need to be managed through that marketplace.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Personal, Noncommercial Use
Luteal Pilates content is licensed to you for personal, noncommercial use unless we expressly authorize another use in writing.
You may not, without authorization:
- Copy or redistribute paid classes or videos.
- Record and republish Luteal Pilates content.
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our content.
- Circumvent access restrictions or payment systems.
- Use the service in a way intended to interfere with or damage it.
7. Intellectual Property
The Luteal Pilates name, branding, videos, graphics, application content, class materials, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Luteal Pilates and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove features, classes, instructors, pricing, or other aspects of the service as the business develops.
We do not guarantee that every feature or class will remain available indefinitely.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or conduct that harms Luteal Pilates or its users.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Luteal Pilates and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual's fitness needs or goals.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luteal Pilates and its owners, instructors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Luteal Pilates Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.
